What You Need For The Arrow Root Gluten-Free Cookie Recipe
3cups of Maalum Arrow Root Flour
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
200gms Softened Butter
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Optional Item You Can Add Depending On What You Love
Dark Chocolate Shavings for Garnish
Cooking Method
Preheat the oven to 150 Degrees Celsius.
In a mixing bowl, mix the Sugar and Butter with a Hand or Stand Mixer.
Add the Vanilla Flavoring.
Add the Eggs one at a time.
Cream the wet ingredients together until fluffy and light.
Set aside.
In a Large Mixing Bowl, sift together the Maalum Arrow Root Flour, Baking Powder and Multipurpose Flour.
Whisk until well mixed.
Stir in the wet ingredients gradually.
Mix until it has formed a soft dough.
Roll ½ tablespoon of dough on your hand.
Place it on a non-stick baking pan or baking sheet and press with the back of a fork.
Place an inch apart from each other to allow for expansion space.
In a preheated oven, bake at 150 Degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 minutes.
You can serve as dessert.
