What You Need For The Uji (Porridge) Recipe
3 Tablespoons of Uji-Mix Flour
Medium Plastic Jug
Sufuria or Pot
Wooden Mixing Spoon
Half a Cup of Cold Water
Optional Item You Can Add Depending On What You Love
Milk
Butter
Sugar
Juice from Half a Lemon (Only if You Do Not Use Milk or Butter)
Cooking Method
Mix 3 table spoons of Uji-Mix Flour with half a cup of cold water in the Medium Plastic Jug and stir to a smooth paste.
Bring the water in a Sufuria or Pot to a boil.
Pour the smooth paste as you continuously stir.
You can add Milk, Butter or Sugar.
Continue mixing in a circular motion until you see bubbles.
You can then add juice from half a lemon if you did not use Milk or Butter in Step 3.
You can serve hot.
